I provide an open, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore the issues and feelings that you bring to each session.

I believe that confidentiality is crucial in making you feel safe. If you have any particular questions or concerns about confidentiality, we can talk about it over the phone or in our first session.

I adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am also registered and compliant with the rules & regulations of the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). I store & use all clients' data in accordance with their guidance.​​

It's ok to feel uncertain or anxious about making initial contact with a therapist.


If you decide to contact me by phone or putting your details in the form below, I will first discuss with you over the phone the  reasons  of wanting help at this time. This conversation as well as all our sessions are confidential.


During this telephone conversation we can make a preliminary agreement to go ahead with therapy and we will find a suitable time  and location for our first session.


​We can meet once or twice a week depending on your circumstances and the intensity we may need to work on your problem.


Our initial appointment and weekly sessions will run for 50 minutes.
