Mindfulness is for anyone who wishes to do something for themselves to enhance their mental and physical wellbeing, improve resilience to stress, and live life more fully.
Mindfulness is easy to both learn and use. It is best described as being fully aware
without judging your feelings, thoughts and the world around you. It is being fully awake and engaged in your daily life and offers a simple yet powerful way of improving your experience of life and can stimulate a better sense of wellbeing.
I run a number of courses & introductory sessions to help you find out how Mindfulness could free your mind from negative thinking and develop both your self-compassion and kindness towards others.
I am an Accredited Mindfulness Teacher and Supervisor.
I deliver Breathworks Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress courses and also offer mindfulness based classes in small groups or on one to one basis to give a more personalised experience.
One to one Mindfulness classes, Introduction to Mindfulness and individual meditation sessions are charged at £45; Couples - £60, Families - £80.
Individual 8-week Mindfulness Course - £320 in Wadhurst.
