Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Group in Wadhurst gathers every Thursday 6 - 7pm


Monthly Meditation Class in Tunbridge Wells gathers on the last Sunday of each month (apart from December, April and August)

11 - 12pm​​

​£10 per class or £45 for a block of five classes

 What are the benefits of Meditation?

All you need is to be open to your curiosity and a willingness to learn a life-long skill that will support you through all challenges of the modern life.
